I'm Mohit Rawat. I spent 15 years building AdTech and messaging systems, and these days I build AI systems end to end.

At Galvor I built an ad-creative intelligence platform. It uses LLM tagging pipelines and multimodal embeddings, and models to score creator fit and predict creative performance.

Before Galvor I spent a few months building an AI outbound-sales platform. Before that I was on Bizense's founding team, and stayed through its acquisition by Terragon. There I led engineering teams across India and Nigeria and worked on a customer data platform, an ad network, and a messaging platform. I studied aerospace engineering at IIT Madras.

This site is a daily working log: engineering principles, systems notes, and things that broke and why. Entries are short and unpolished.
